🥗 What Makes a Snack Actually Healthy?

Not all snacks are created equal. Here is what a healthy snack pantry looks like:
- Whole foods - as close to natural as possible
- Fermented foods - great for gut health and last up to a year
- Carefully chosen processed foods - small portions only
- Natural ingredients with no preservatives
A perfectly balanced snack plate includes:
- 3-4 small veggie pieces
- One spoonful of hummus
- A small handful of nuts
- A small piece of dark chocolate (72% cocoa)
Total: around 100-150 calories, just enough to recharge without overdoing it.
