🌅 Morning Eating Habits That Boost Your Energy All Day

How you start your morning eating can change how you feel all day.

When you wake up, your body has a natural energy spike. Eating a tiny amount of easy food right away, like berries or nuts, is like pressing the start button on your metabolism.

Why berries are perfect in the morning:

  • Only about 5 grams of sugar per handful
  • An orange or mango has 23 grams of sugar
  • Gently wakes your system without a blood sugar spike

Oatmeal is another great morning choice. It is gentle on an empty stomach and full of fiber. Try overnight oats: mix oats with water, leave in the fridge, and add berries in the morning.

The goal is to build your energy like a rising wave, not a crash.
