🧠 Your Psychology Is Your Superpower
Everything comes down to how you talk to yourself.
Your ability to push through hard stuff, make good decisions, and keep going — it all starts in your head.
The two biggest blockers are Fear and Frustration (FF):
- If you're going after something hard, you WILL feel both
- Not feeling them? Your goals aren't big enough
- Try doing things in front of others or in a shorter timeframe — FF shows up fast
The good news: When you're truly driven by something you care about, you naturally become:
- Less defensive
- More open to honest feedback
- More willing to hear the truth
Self-drive and openness to truth feed each other. Build one, and the other grows too.
