⚖️ Confidence vs. Humility: Finding Your Balance
Think of confidence and humility like two muscles. Most people have one that's way stronger than the other.
When stress hits, you fall back on your stronger muscle:
- Too much confidence = coming across as arrogant
- Too much humility = becoming insecure
Neither extreme is good.
The Tennis Analogy:
If your forehand is great but your backhand is weak, a smart opponent will target your backhand. You have to practice the weak side until it catches up.
The real test isn't how you act when things are easy - it's how you respond under pressure. That's when your true imbalance shows up.
The goal: notice which side you lean toward, then deliberately work on the weaker one.
