🧠 Fear and Frustration: The Two Things Blocking Your Best Thinking
Two emotions shut down your best thinking more than anything else: fear and frustration.
Everyone leans toward one more than the other.
Fear looks like:
- Nervous energy and anxiety
- Making excuses to avoid hard things
- Waiting until an idea feels "perfect" before sharing it
The fix for fear: Go INTO it, not away from it. Do one scary, unplanned thing every day.
Frustration looks like:
- Anger when things do not go your way
- Blaming others instead of focusing on yourself
The fix for frustration: Park it. Write it down, get it out of your head, then focus only on what YOU can control.
The fixes are completely opposite — so figure out which one is YOUR bigger blocker and work on that one first.
