🐘 The Baby Elephant Mindset: How to Actually Change and Grow
Stop being angry at your past self. It is like being mad at a baby for not knowing how to walk.
When a baby elephant is born, it cannot even stand — it just rolls around. There is zero shame in that. Your growth journey is the same.
For fear types:
- Just get on the field without overthinking
- Do the scary thing unplanned and spontaneous
- Every time you face fear, your tolerance window gets wider
For frustration types:
- Expose it — write it down or share it with someone
- Box it — contain it so it stops consuming your energy
- Pivot quickly to what YOU can actually do
One golden rule: Do your hardest thing before 10 AM. If you delay it, your brain will find a thousand reasons to avoid it.
Approach your growth with a baby elephant mindset — patient, persistent, and judgment-free.
