The Art of Iteration and Building Momentum
Breakthroughs do not come from one perfect plan. They come from trying, learning, and adjusting quickly.
The 95-5 Rule:
- 5% of your week = big picture brainstorming
- 95% of your week = building momentum through action
Momentum is the best cure for fear and frustration. When you are moving forward, even in small steps, your brain calms down.
The 6-4-2 Brainstorming Method:

Watch out for the Novocaine effect, walking into work already stressed or numb without even noticing. Staying aware of your mental state is a trainable skill.
