😨 Are You a Fear Person or a Frustration Person?
When things get uncertain, people react in one of two ways:
Type 1 - Fear-based: Nervous energy, avoiding difficult conversations, thinking 'why bother?'
Type 2 - Frustration-based: Annoyed at others, focused on what everyone else should be doing differently.
Most of us lean toward one type. Here's the fix for each:
- Type 1: Build faith bigger than your fear. Trust that things will work out.
- Type 2: Stop waiting for others. Become the difference maker yourself.
All that energy spent being scared or annoyed? Redirect it - and watch what you can accomplish.
