🧠 Your Brain Runs on Stories
Your brain is basically a story machine. Everything you think, say, and do starts with a story you tell yourself - like little movie clips playing in your head all day.
Here's the wild part: most of us don't even realize this is happening.
Two types of control:
- External locus - believing others control your life (normal for babies, not for adults)
- Internal locus - knowing YOU have the power to change most things
Many adults still blame their boss, family, or circumstances for everything - creating blind spots to avoid responsibility.
The thought pathway:
Thoughts → Tone → Words → Actions
Your tone gives away your real story, even when your words say something different.
