π Your Emotions Are Trying to Tell You Something
Navigating uncertainty is an emotional sport. Your feelings are right there in the middle of it β and instead of labeling them as good or bad, start seeing them as signals.
- Fear β can cause avoidance, but signals what specifically went wrong
- Anxiety β connected to uncertainty; just naming it helps ground you
- Frustration β tells you reality isn't matching expectations; useful, but can tip into blame
- Excitement β great energy, but can make you ignore real problems
- Courage β drives momentum, but needs someone to stress-test it
- Curiosity β powerful, but can become endless research that avoids real decisions
The real breakthrough is acknowledging what you feel without immediately acting on it.
When excitement is high, deliberately surface the challenges. When fear shows up, ask yourself β is this real, or am I making it bigger than it is?
