⚡ The PEMS Framework and Sweet 16 Energy

To tackle hard missions, you need to build your energy using the PEMS framework:

  • Physical - Exercise first, then nutrition, then sleep (in that order)
  • Emotional - Manage your feelings, build courage, tame negative thoughts
  • Mental - Learn new technical skills like AI tools or public speaking
  • Spiritual - Help people who have less than you

Score a 4 out of 4 in each area and you reach Sweet 16 energy - the level you need to bring to your hardest challenges every day.

When something gets too hard, take a break with something easier - but do it twice as fast or twice as well. Then return to the hardest mission.

Remember: real confidence comes from pushing through difficulty, not from easy wins. Problems are not signs of failure - they're proof you're playing on hard mode.
