Got tough meat? Here are some awesome tricks to make it tender!

Natural Tenderizers:

  • Papaya - contains an enzyme called papain that breaks down tough meat fibers
  • Pineapple - works the same way with its own natural enzymes
  • Miso paste - rub it on and wait 12 hours for amazing results
  • Commercial tenderizers - often used in fast food restaurants

How to Cook Wagyu Properly:

Cook it quickly and keep it rare to medium-rare. If you cook wagyu well-done, all that special fat melts away completely, leaving you with tough, dry meat.

The goal is to keep that incredible fat inside so every single bite is amazing!
