🏋️ Training Your Mind Like a Muscle
Your mind gets stronger when you train it deliberately, just like a muscle.
Train in hard mode:
A dance teacher who drills at double speed makes normal performance feel easy. A teacher who had students solve math on a balance beam made classwork feel simple. Apply this to your thinking too.
Skip the affirmations. Look at areas where you are already successful. You do not use motivational quotes there. You just do the work. Copy that.
The weekly structure that works:
- Monday to Wednesday = tackle the hardest problems first
- Friday = dream big and brainstorm freely
You earn the right to dream after doing the hard work.
With consistent practice, you will catch bad habits earlier and earlier, until you can stop them before they even start.
