- Push-through phase - you dig deep and keep going
- Reflection phase - you look back feeling proud
Most people quit in the hell phase. Do not be most people.
Beginners often succeed because of ignorance on fire, they are excited and fearless. This beginner mindset is not about age. It is a choice you can make every single day.
