Step 1: Build mind awareness
Notice when you are spiraling. A bad morning attitude is just a habit, and habits can change.

Step 2: Use considered thought

  • Journaling
  • Writing
  • Talking out loud

These act as brakes on runaway negative thinking.

Step 3: Embrace controlled failure
The military says: die in training so you survive in battle. Push yourself to fail safely every week so real challenges do not break you.

Teams go through three phases: love, reality, and metal-testing. The ones who survive are the ones who practiced getting back up.
