Perfect Cooking Times

| Potatoes | 2-3 minutes |
| Carrots | 6-7 minutes |
| Fava beans | 30-60 seconds |
After cooking, immediately put in ice water to stop cooking and preserve color!
The Dressing
Mix mayo + extra olive oil + a tiny bit of Dijon mustard. The olives add saltiness, so go easy on extra salt!
No olives? Substitute with capers - they work great!
