🎯 Zero-Zero: Saying What You Really Think
Ever held back from saying what you really think? That's called under-personalizing, and it blocks great ideas.
Zero-Zero means sharing your real thoughts with:
- Zero hesitation
- Zero calculation
Common overthinking traps to watch out for:
- 'What if I'm wrong?'
- 'What will people think of me?'
- 'I should have said something different.'
How to practice Zero-Zero:
- Rate yourself 1-10 on how open you are in different situations
- Push yourself just one step further each time
- Share ideas early as a thesis - not a final answer
You don't need a perfect idea to speak up. Start with 'Here's my early thought...' and let the conversation grow from there.
