  • You might be dehydrated, not hungry
  • Water should be your primary beverage

🍇 Moderate: Grapes (higher sugar content)
🥭 Caution: Tropical fruits (more sugar due to sun exposure)

Fruit Juice Warning:
🍊 Multiple glasses = vitamins + high sugar content

Pro Tip: Proper hydration + appropriate snacking prevents overconsumption and manages sugar cravings effectively.
