Healthy Snack Pantry Essentials:

  • ✅ Whole foods
  • ✅ Fermented foods (last up to a year!)
  • ✅ Limited processed foods (choose carefully)
  • ✅ Portion-controlled items
  • ✅ Natural ingredients without preservatives

Perfect Snack Plate (100-150 calories):

  • 🥒 3-4 small vegetable pieces
  • 🫘 One spoon of hummus
  • 🥜 A few nuts
  • 🍫 Small piece of dark chocolate (72% cocoa)

Quick Homemade Hummus:
Blend chickpeas + fresh lemon juice + tahini + garlic + sea salt + olive oil

Remember: Snacks are pit stops, not meals!
