There are so many cool ways to cook eggs beyond just frying them!
French Omelet:
- Beat eggs until slightly bubbly
- Cook on low heat for a smooth, pale yellow result
- Add brie cheese or truffles for something special
Perfect Poached Eggs:
- Use very fresh eggs
- Add a spoonful of vinegar to the water
- Create a gentle whirlpool before dropping the egg in
- Water should be just below boiling
Hard-Boiled Eggs:
- Start with cold water and cold eggs together
- Never drop cold eggs into boiling water, shells will crack!
- 6 minutes for soft, 8 for medium, 10 for hard
Bonus trick: Egg whites can clarify cloudy broths, attracting all the particles and leaving a crystal-clear soup!
