What you cook eggs in makes a big difference to the final result.

Butter tips:

  • Contains water, sugar, and fat
  • Sugar caramelizes when heated, great in small amounts
  • Add a little oil to prevent burning

Best oils for high heat:

  • Peanut oil, rice bran oil, grape seed oil
  • Avoid cotton oil (GMO concerns)

Every oil has a smoking point. Once it smokes, throw it out!

Eggs and your health:

  • Eggs contain both good and bad cholesterol
  • Avocados and olive oil help keep balance
  • Fat is the number one fuel for your brain
  • Active people can enjoy 2 to 3 eggs per day
