🎮 Choosing Your Life's Difficulty Level
Think of life like a video game with difficulty settings: Easy, Normal, Hard, and Insane.
Most people choose Easy or Normal because it feels safe. But playing on harder levels makes you stronger.
Key ideas to remember:
- Life often runs on Hard mode whether you choose it or not
- Gateway moments - where things feel impossible - are exactly where most people quit. Push through them.
- Do not stay in Insane mode forever. Use a ramp approach - build up gradually
When problems hit, remember the cow in the ditch rule:
Get the cow out first. Figure out how it got there later.
Focus on action before analysis. Challenges are not punishments - they are training opportunities.
