🌟 How to Actually Enjoy Good Moments
Good moments are like a beautiful sunset - temporary, and that is what makes them special.
This idea is called Eden - those perfect, magical moments in life.
Here is something wild about your brain's time split:
- 10% focused on right now
- 50% thinking about the past
- 40% thinking about the future
That means during amazing moments, your brain is probably already somewhere else!
How to enjoy good moments more:
- Practice being fully present when they happen
- Really notice and feel the joy in that moment
- Later, reflect on it with positive emotion
Remember: memory is the residue of thought. The more you think about joyful moments, the stronger those memories become.
