🌅 The Morning Routine That Puts You in Fight Mode

LIP #290

The morning is where everything goes wrong. What you do before work is already shaping your entire day.

Most people start by asking draining questions like Do I want this job? Am I happy? That is like opening heavy apps on your phone and wondering why the battery is dead by noon.

A morning routine that actually works is built around four things: truth, tough, calm, and playfulness.

Here is how it works:

  1. Read the hard stuff first — that difficult email you were avoiding? Face it right away.
  2. The PP (Plank and Push-Up) — a 2-minute plank in four 30-second segments, then 30 push-ups with one leg raised. Exactly 3 minutes, every time.
  3. The shower — not just for getting clean. It is a reset that stops you from acting too aggressively after the intensity of the PP.

This is not a physical exercise. It is a mental gate. During those 3 minutes your brain will negotiate, complain, and try to quit. Pushing through is the whole point. Those last five push-ups change everything.
