💪 Building Your Ultimate Morning Routine

A great morning routine has four key ingredients:

  1. Truth - see your situation clearly
  2. Fighter's mindset - build mental toughness
  3. Calm - think with a clear head
  4. Playfulness - stay mentally flexible

The routine in action:

  • Start with something fun (a game, a joke, a funny video)
  • Try "hercle durkle" - intentionally relaxing in bed for 5 to 10 minutes
  • Do a 3-minute workout to earn your shower
  • Use the shower to calm down and think clearly

The whole process takes under 30 minutes and sets you up to handle anything.
