🎯 Three Magic Questions That Keep You on Track

Ask yourself these three questions out loud at least once a week:

  1. What am I trying to do? (big picture thinking)
  2. Where is there momentum? (what is already working)
  3. Where do I feel stuck? (what needs attention)

The order matters. Starting with momentum keeps you positive and moving forward before tackling problems.

When it comes to goals, remember:

  • Changing direction is not weakness - it is wisdom
  • Focus on directional accuracy, not one rigid target
  • Change just 2% at a time - tiny shifts stick better than big transformations

If something is not working, pay attention and adjust.
