⚡ How to Manage Your Energy Like a Pro

Switching between different tasks actually gives you more energy, not less. Scientists call this oscillation - you push hard, rest, then push hard again.

Everyone has a peak performance window (about 90 minutes) where thinking is sharpest. The goal is to hit that peak multiple times a day.

Try this morning routine:

  1. Do a quick mental check - how clear does your head feel on a scale of 0-10?
  2. If your mind feels noisy, do a brain dump on your commute
  3. Start the day by saying out loud what you are trying to accomplish

This stops you from going on autopilot and just reacting to whatever comes your way.
