🌅 How to Rewire Your Brain for a Better Day, Every Day
Build a Daily Routine That Rewires Your Brain
Your brain never fully stops working, even during sleep. So the thoughts you plant at night and in the morning really matter.
Here's your daily brain reset routine:
At night: Think of specific things that worked that day, even on a bad day. Don't write them down — make your brain do the work of remembering.
In the morning: Face your fears first. Whatever makes you anxious, look at it directly. Then recall your wins from the night before.
This is called bookending your day, and the order matters.
Two powerful mood-shifters when you're feeling low:
- Playfulness — find something genuinely funny about your situation
- Giving to others — helping someone with less than you completely changes your perspective
Stop thinking in extremes. Life isn't just "good" or "bad." Check in with yourself on a 0-10 scale and be honest about where you really are.
