Fermentation Timeline:

  • Days 1-3: Leave at room temperature (no fridge yet!)
  • Color change from purple to reddish = it's ready!
  • After that: Store in the fridge for up to 9 months

How Much Should You Eat?

A small handful per day is perfect - even just a few bites counts!

Easy Ways to Eat It:

  • On eggs instead of ketchup
  • Mixed into salads
  • On crackers
  • As a side with chicken or salmon
  • In tacos

Always use clean utensils - no fingers in the jar!
