🎵 Building Your Courage Routine Step by Step
Building courage starts with a mood generation routine - just like Michael Phelps used a 14-minute ritual before every race.
Here is your three-step system:
Step 1 - Find your fight song
Pick a song connected to memories of pushing through hard things. Play it every morning consistently until your brain links it to fight mode.
Step 2 - Build your fight story
Collect personal memories of times you turned impossible into possible. Retell them with vivid detail and real emotion.
Step 3 - Keep a list of hard things
Ask yourself: what problem do I wish someone else would solve? That is your list. When courage is generated, attack the list immediately - do not waste it on emails.
Good news - your brain never stops growing. You can always get better.
