🔥 JJ Reps and VD Reps: Your Two Secret Weapons
Your brain runs in two modes: anxious mode and curious mode. You can't just choose curious - you have to train your way there.
JJ Reps - Training Fear
Inspired by Jia Jiang, who got rejected 100 times on purpose. He discovered:
- Most people said yes when he explained himself
- Doing scary things repeatedly makes fear smaller
- Start easy, get harder over time
Do JJ reps at least twice a week, ideally twice before noon.
VD Reps - Creating Something Shockingly Cool
Not just good. Something that makes you stop and say wow.
- Must be done efficiently - if it exhausts you, it doesn't count
- Builds creative confidence alongside fear training
Why Both Matter
- JJ reps shrink fear, and ego shrinks with it
- VD reps build the creative muscle
Fear is trainable. Creativity is trainable. You just have to do the reps.
