💪 Bravery Reps: Your Daily Mental Workout
A tiny morning habit - pistachios and lemon water - dropped dangerous triglyceride levels from 550 to 150 in just 30 days. The same principle works for your brain.
Three levels of Bravery Reps:
Micro (small): Within 30 minutes of waking, look at something that scares you - a tough email, critical feedback, your bank balance. Just face it. After a week, it loses its power over you.
Medium: Stop avoiding conflict. When you have a thought you'd normally keep quiet, say it. Start with safer situations.
Large: Tackle painful memories or topics you completely avoid. This frees up your intuition to work properly.
Physical habits like exercise are great, but they're just training wheels - they don't fix mental challenges on their own.
