🧠The Power of Raw Honesty and Authentic Thinking
Raw honesty operates on two levels and is harder to find than expected:
Level 1: Becoming aware of trained conformity and automatic conditioning
• You must slow down to recognize your automatic thoughts and responses
Level 2: Digging deep into your own point of view
• Constantly questioning 'Is that really what I think?'
The Danger of Hesitation:
When we hesitate to share our intuitive thoughts, our minds quickly shift from raw honesty to calculation - thinking about what others want us to think or say.
Practical Tools:
• Writing down thoughts immediately prevents filtering
• Once you move beyond trained conformity and can explain your viewpoint, you truly earn quality feedback
• Before this point, you're only getting feedback on others' perspectives, not your authentic thoughts
