Instead of suppressing emotions when facing challenges, try 'visceral drafting' - allowing yourself to express unfiltered thoughts about what's upsetting you and what you wish had been done differently.

While this might seem messy, only 10-20% typically needs editing, meaning 80-90% contains valuable insights.

This is the opposite of 'visceral reacting':

  • Reacting: Starting your day responding to emails, social media, yesterday's problems
  • Drafting: Using your fresh morning mind to tackle difficult problems first

When emotions are triggered, it signals that something important has been activated, drawing from your personal database of life experiences. Your intuition functions like a personal AI with access to everything you've learned and experienced.
