Foods to Minimize:

Foods to Embrace:
Fermented foods (gut health)
Bone broth (gut healing)
Coffee (high antioxidants)
Vegetables first (better digestion)

The 80/20 Rule:

  • Maintain 80% good gut bacteria
  • 6 days healthy eating
  • 1 day for treats

Key Strategies:
🥒 Start meals with vegetables
🍷 Limit alcohol to weekends
😌 Avoid food guilt - focus on balance, not perfection
