⚡ The War Room Method: How to Create Unstoppable Momentum in a Slow Environment

LIP #291
Friday

Stagnant environments are actually the easiest places to create momentum — because so little has been done, your impact can happen fast.

Step 1: Build your War Room
Transform your workspace by putting up org charts, notes, articles, and organizational info all over your walls. Use 16-18 point font minimum so you can read everything from your chair. Use colored markers and highlighters to make key things pop.

Why it works: your brain gives more attention to what is in your visual space. You marinate in what matters every time you look up.

Step 2: Find 2-3 people to bring along
Start a simple weekly rhythm — a Thursday or Friday lunch where everyone shares a leadership insight or story. Once a week for 30 minutes is enough.

Step 3: Create your boxes of strategy
Group your thinking into containers: clients, team, competitors, lessons learned. It does not need to be perfect — just start.
