💡 True Curiosity, Honest Feedback, and the A-Player Mindset
Before doing great work, you have to handle what is going on inside your head. Courage comes before intelligence.
There are two types of curiosity:
- True Curiosity: Calm, wide open, genuinely interested
- Deprivation Curiosity: Fear-based, narrow, desperate for one right answer
When receiving feedback, most people do one of two things:
- Come in defensive, ready to fight
- Fall apart at the first challenge
Both reactions block growth and truth.
The best growth happens when A-players work with A-players, pushing each other higher, like Olympic athletes training together.
The journey always starts with your mindset, and only you can do that work.
