🎯 Process vs. Outcome: You Have Been Visualizing Wrong
The big mistake: Most people visualize the outcome — the trophy, the win, the result.
But research shows that picturing the outcome, good or bad, actually makes you lazy. You get a dopamine hit and your brain thinks you have already arrived.
The Fix: Process Visualization
Visualize the actions, not the destination:
- What comes first?
- What do you do if it works? If it does not?
- What does it feel like to keep going when you want to quit?
The Ratio
- 5% outcome visualization
- 95% process visualization
On Uncertainty
The single biggest stressor for human beings is not knowing. Your brain runs chaotic simulations against uncertainty — and that is completely normal.
The solution: your rate of growth must outpace your rate of problems. Learn faster, adapt faster, and you stay ahead.
