Building healthy homemade ramen is simple! 🏠

Base Recipe:

  • Bone broth foundation
  • 1 tbsp white miso
  • 2 tbsp fermented soy sauce
  • Small amount pork belly
  • Fresh vegetables
  • ❌ Avoid processed flavorings

Perfect Toppings:
Scallions • Cabbage • Soy sprouts • Ginger • Mushrooms • Fermented vegetables

Pro Noodle Trick: 🍝

  1. Prepare ice water + neutral oil
  2. Transfer hot noodles directly to ice water
  3. Move them around constantly
  4. Oil coating prevents clumping!
