⚙️ Building Your Learning Machine: It is All About Systems
Your learning machine has two key parts:
- Past stories and memories - experiences you can draw on in new situations
- Automatic routines - habits that support your goals without you even thinking
A great example: A fitness lover sees a new exercise online, pictures herself doing it, and naturally adds it to her routine. Past experience plus future vision plus automatic habit - that is the machine working perfectly.
The big mistake people make: Copying someone else's system and expecting instant results. You cannot borrow another person's learning machine.
The truth about self-belief: It does not come from positive phrases or social media mantras. It comes from building your own system of stories and routines that prove to you, over time, that you can handle anything.
