🎯 Stop Saying Maybe - Make a Choice

LIP #270

Saying maybe feels safe - nobody can criticize you for being undecided. But there is a hidden cost.

Every time you stay uncertain, your body releases cortisol (a stress hormone). This leads to hypervigilance - your brain constantly scanning for danger and making problems seem 3x, 5x, or 10x bigger than they are.

You do not need a perfect score to win. About 6 out of 10 things going right is enough to move forward.

The real skill is committing to make it work - like parents who choose to love their kids no matter what, without constantly re-evaluating.

The Stockdale Paradox: A Vietnam POW survived not by hoping to escape, but by deciding his experience would become the most important moment of his life.

Choosing to win is a muscle you can build.
