⚡ Stop Letting Indecision Drain Your Brain
Indecision is not free. Every unresolved decision sits in your brain like an open tab on a computer, quietly draining your processing power.
The overthinking trap:
You start with a good idea, argue both sides in your head, and end up doing nothing at all. Sound familiar?
The fix: Remember that most decisions are not permanent. You can adjust, correct, and change course.
A simple sorting system for decisions:
- High importance: worth careful thought
- Low importance: make a quick call and move on
- Truly stuck: consciously park it for a set time, then decide
When you catch yourself stuck on something small, pause and ask: 'What is the most important unfinished thing on my plate right now?'
Also watch out for old stories driving current decisions. A bad experience from the past might be making you over-invest energy in something that no longer needs it.
