🧠 Your Brain Never Stops Growing
Here is something really cool that a lot of people get wrong.
Many people think who you are is just fixed forever. Even some military leaders used to say character cannot change after age 18. But science says they were totally wrong.
Your brain stays moldable your whole life - this is called brain plasticity.
But here is the catch - after age 25, your brain only changes when YOU want it to. Nobody can force change on you. You have to want it yourself.
So how do you actually change? Through reps - just like working out!
- Repeat new behaviors over and over
- Small actions build into big habits
- What you do repeatedly becomes who you are
You do not need to flip your whole life upside down. Just start small and stay consistent.
