🎯 Stop Firing Blind: How Strategic Thinking Actually Works

Why You Need to Stop Waiting for the Perfect Move

Here is something most people get backwards: it is way easier to say what you do not want than what you actually want. The do-not-want stuff comes fast. Figuring out what you truly want? That takes many, many tries.

That process of figuring it out has a name: visceral drafting - putting your real, honest thinking on paper in embarrassing detail. Not vague. Not fuzzy. Specific.

Try the 1-1-3 process:

  • What will I action in one week?
  • What will I action in one month?
  • What will I action in three months?

Key word: action - not think, not plan. Do.

Most people are secretly waiting for a silver bullet - that one perfect move that changes everything. But here is the truth: there are only lead bullets. Fire enough of them and they add up to something great.

Strategy is cheap. Firing the wrong shot in real life costs a lot more. So stop being scared to write down your thinking - even if it feels dumb. The cost of not thinking it through is always greater.

80-95% of people are unproductive most of the time. Compound a strategic, active version of yourself over months and years - and everything changes.
