🌱 It Is Okay to Make Mistakes — Especially When You Are Young
Good news: when you are young, you have a get out of jail free card. Making mistakes is not just expected — it is the whole point of this season of life.
When you look back at your worst moments, you will almost always find the same two culprits: fear or frustration.
Being able to say, I was so angry I made a bad call — that is real maturity. That kind of self-awareness could literally land you an internship.
Be HOT about your mistakes:
- Honest
- Open
- Transparent
Avoid being ICKY:
- Entitled
- Closed-minded
- Hidden
This card lasts until around age 30. Use it. Make mistakes proudly, learn loudly, and grow fast.
