🚀 Action First, Understanding Later
Stop Waiting - Just Start!
Most people think you need to understand something fully before you act. But there is a better way.
The two approaches to learning:
| Traditional Way | Better Way |
|---|---|
| Learn first, then act | Act first, learn through doing |
Think about exercise - instead of waiting to feel motivated, just put on your sneakers and go. Motivation often shows up after you start.
What happened at the Leadership Academy:
- Participants did hands-on workshops, not just lectures
- A CEO who was a "slow thinker" discovered incredible momentum after being pushed to think fast
- Doing created understanding, not the other way around
The big lesson: Action creates clarity. You do not need to feel ready to begin.
