⚡ The Sweet 16 Energy System
The PEMS framework creates 'Sweet 16' energy by scoring 4 out of 4 in each category:
P - Physical: Exercise, nutrition, sleep (in that specific order)
E - Emotional: Managing your state and bringing courage
M - Mental: Technical skills like AI or public speaking
S - Spiritual: Helping others with less than you
The Strategy:
- Bring Sweet 16 energy to your hardest mission daily
- When overwhelmed, oscillate to easier tasks but maintain high energy
- During easier work, do it twice as fast or twice as well
- As soon as you feel momentum, return to the hardest mission
Success comes when you're the primary driver accomplishing the most difficult challenges.
