  • Maintain faith in eventual success while doing detailed scenario planning

Warning Signs - 'Crazy Eye Mode':

  • Scattered thinking across multiple scenarios
  • Overwhelming, unfocused concern

🎯 Focus Rule: Direct worry energy only toward things you can actually control and influence, not distant possibilities or situations beyond your control.
